You should use this to verify the material contained in the Website meets your needs before making a payment. As such, refunds will generally only be given due to a technical failure of our Website, PayPal payment process, or the Stripe payment process. The Website operates under a subscription based monthly service that may auto renew each month. It is the responsibility of you, the user, to stop the subscription through the company in which you purchase the subscription or contacting OPT if unable to successful stop payment through Stripe or PayPal.
